Health Minister to address allergy congress

Health Minister Dr Aaron Motsoaledi will tomorrow, Saturday 24 April address the Allergy Congress to be held in Mookgopong, Limpopo.

The congress is geared at educating people about allergic diseases which contribute 25-30% of diseases in South Africa and the world and are a major cause of absenteeism from school and work if not correctly managed.

The congress will discuss a range of issues relating to allergy such as:
* Status of allergy in South Africa
* Origin of allergic diseases, and
* Asthma.

Members of the media are invited to attend the opening of the Congress scheduled to take place as follows:
