Human Settlements Deputy Minister Zou Kota-Fredericks will on Wednesday, 14 May 2014, interact with the community of Mitchells Plain in Cape Town as part of her Community Outreach Programme which aims to discuss challenges and solutions in the human settlements delivery chain.
Among others, the meeting will discuss the development plan in the area, housing assistance for people with disabilities and backyard dwellers.
