Youth Economic participation

The 2014 Youth Month is highly significant as South Africa marks 20 years of democracy and freedom. In line with the 20 Years of Freedom and Democracy celebrations, the 2014 youth month programme will entail a month long programme aimed at highlighting the work of government through launching various projects, while hosting social dialogues with the youth on the progress made during the last 20 years.
