Western Cape MEC of Finance, Alan Winde will deliver the medium-term budget policy statement.
MEC Winde will outline the Western Cape Government's budget priorities for the next three years. Highlights will include an announcement on a major funding boost for the Work and Skills Programme and mega-infrastructure development projects.
A press conference will take place to allow the media to view the Medium-Term Budget Policy Statement and speech, on embargo, prior to the Parliamentary Sitting. The Press Conference will be followed by a finger lunch for further interaction with MEC Winde on the budget.
