Western Cape winery to launch world-first white wine
Western Cape winery, Audacia, is set to extend its Rooibos-wooded range with the launch of another world-first, a “No Sulphites Added” Rooibos wooded white wine.
To showcase innovation in the agri-processing sector, Economic Opportunities Minister Alan Winde will join Audacia director, Trevor Strydom, for the launch of the company’s first “No Sulphites Added” white wine.
Audacia will announce new innovative trials they are conducting on low sugar, low alcohol wine. The company will also officially call for engagement with South African wine producers to discuss licencing.
