Western Cape Human Settlements MEC, Mr Bonginkosi Madikizela will report to the Qolweni Community of Bitou on service delivery progress in the area. The community was promised electrification, and due to close cooperation between the Western Cape Government and the Bitou Municipality, this has been achieved.
MEC Madikizela will explain what has been achieved in the area, along with the Western Cape Government strategic approach to human settlements delivery, and take questions from the community on the housing delivery process.
