Western Cape Human Settlements MEC Bonginkosi Madikizela will deliver the 2012/2013 Budget Speech in the Provincial Parliament at 10h00 on 25 March 2013.

- Present an overview of the Departments financial and non-financial performance for the 2012/2013 financial year, along with individual program breakdowns.
- Detail service delivery performance of the Department of Human Settlements since 2009.
- Outline some of the challenges and mitigators in the human settlements delivery environment
- Discuss auditing challenges
- Specify women’s empowerment initiatives
