Elsenburg wine making students to release the 2018 vintage
The final year winemaking students at the Department of Agriculture’s Elsenburg campus will be launching their 2018 wine on Thursday.
Students at the college make wines on a commercial scale as preparation for entering the industry once their studies are complete.
The day will celebrate the students and their wines, as well as the wine industry partners who have contributed towards the students’ learning and practical experience.
The celebration will begin at 11.00 am and will be followed by a food and wine pairing.
Members of the media are invited to attend.
