Debate of President JG Zuma's speech delivered during the annual official opening of the National House of Traditional Leaders (NHTL), Cape Town
Please note that the Members of the National House of Traditional Leaders (NHTL) will be debating the speech of His Excellency the President of the Republic of South Africa, Mr Jacob Zuma, delivered during the Annual Official Opening of the House, which took place in Cape Town, on 27 February 2014.
The debate will take place on 12 March 2014, Old Assembly Chamber, Parliament in Cape Town at 15h00.
The guests invited to attend include Ministers; Deputy Ministers; Premiers; MECs responsible for Traditional Affairs; Kings from Southern African Development Community (SADC) Countries and South Africa, Exco Members of the Provincial Houses of Traditional Leaders, CONTRALESA, Khoi-San Council; Traditional Leadership in general; Directors responsible for Traditional Affairs; Chapter 9 Institutions; NGOs; and other distinguished guests.
Mr JG Zuma, the President of the Republic of South Africa, will be responding to the issues raised during the Annual Official Opening of the House.
