World Bank to present 10th Edition of South Africa Economic Update in Pretoria
The World Bank will be presenting the 10th edition of South Africa Economic Update at the Department of Trade and Industry (the dti). Members of the media are invited to attend and cover the event.

The Update reports on the recent economic developments and highlights the role of innovation in productivity growth, job creation as well as poverty reduction. It also proposes interventions for policy makers in order to harness South Africa’s large innovation potential.
The presentation will be followed by discussions aiming to strengthen the interventions proposed to boost both productivity and inclusiveness.
