The Week of 14 - 19 September is celebrated as Thusong Service Centre Open Week and it is the first time that such an event is held but it is expected to become an annual event. This special week is set aside to inform citizens about the services, information and opportunities available at the Thusong Service Centre.
On Friday, 19 September 2014 the national closing ceremony will be officiated by the Minister of Communication, Ms Faith Muthambi at the Botshabelo Thusong Service Centre. All government departments are expected to render services at the Botshabelo Thusong Services to the community of Botshabelo.
The Minister will also like to interact with all communicators in the province to share the government plans in relation to government communication. All communicators are invited to this event and are also requested to put stalls to showcase their services and render information services to the community.
