The Minister for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Mr Lechesa Tsenoli; the Minister for Department of Water Affairs, Ms Edna Molewa, the Premier of Mpumalanga, Mr David Mabuza in collaboration with Mayor Eva Makhabane of Victor Khanye Local Municipality under the Nkangala District Municipality will together be hosting the Imbizo focus week under the Theme: “South Africa is of a much better place than it was in 1994.”
As part of the celebration of democracy in South Africa in Delmas, the Imbizo will focus on the following:
1. National Launch of the total eradication of the bucket system.
2. Handing over of 517 Title deeds
3. Handing over of 300 RDP houses
4. Handing over of 25 houses that have been built by Exxaro Mining Company.
