Science and Technology hosts breakfast media briefing on Science Forum South Africa, 25 Nov

The Minister of Science and Technology, Naledi Pandor, will brief the media regarding the first-ever Science Forum South Africa event, organised by the Department of Science and Technology.

Science Forum South Africa will be held in Pretoria on 8 and 9 December 2015 at the CSIR International Convention Centre.

The Forum will be attended by delegates from over 45 countries and a multitude of multinational organisations. Also attending will be the Chairperson of the African Union Commission, Dr Nkosazana Zuma, leading scientists – including Nobel Laureates from across the globe – students and members of the public.

The Minister will provide detailed information regarding the Forum programme, the list of attending international dignitaries and how the event will contribute towards the achievement of the government's goals, especially those related to the National Development Plan and the government's overall programme of action.
