The Department of Energy (DoE) concluded all the necessary arrangement in relation to signing of the Power Purchase Agreements, Implementation Agreements and the Direct Agreements for Bid Window 2. On Thursday, 9 May 2013, DoE will be signing the Implementation agreements and the Direct Agreements with each bidder, whilst Eskom will be signing the Power Purchase Agreement.
