Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) to commemorate Nelson Mandela Month at Seshupo Primary School in Mahikeng, North West Province
The Deputy Director-General (DDG) of the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) in the National Department of Public Works, Mr Stanley Henderson will on Thursday, 30 July 2015 lead a team of EPWP officials to commemorate the Nelson Mandela Month at the Seshupo Primary School in Mahikeng in the North West Province.
DDG Henderson will be joined by the Head of the Department of Education and Sport Development in the North West Province Dr I.S. Molale to inspire change in the lives of hundreds of children at the school. On the day of the event the EPWP officials will contribute 67 minutes of their time cooking for the children, painting the school’s kitchen as well as doing work in the school’s food garden. Members of the media are invited to attend the event.
