The Public Service Commission (PSC) and the University of South Africa (UNISA) will on 19 August 2015, enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which will provide a framework for collaboration on selected areas of research, monitoring, evaluation and development of the public administration. The signing of the MoU will be led by Adv Richard Sizani, Deputy Chairperson of the PSC and Prof Mandla S Makhanya, Vice-Chancellor and Principal of UNISA.
