Public Protector Adv. Thuli Madonsela will on Wednesday, 12 August 2015 address the North West University Leadership summit in Vanderbijlpark.
Her address will focus on the role of Chapter 9 institutions in supporting and strengthening constitutional democracy.
The Public Protector will also talk about best practices in leadership and how to thrive during uncertainty and complexity as well as unleashing the power of partnerships.
The event is aimed at creating platform for leadership discourse and raise funds for university students.
It will be attended by among others Vice-Chancellor of the university, Prof Dan Kgwadi, Executive Mayor of Sedibeng District Municipality, Cllr Simon Mofokeng, other senior local government officials, community leaders and students.
