Professor Musa Xulu from the Department of Correctional Services (DCS) will deliver a public lecture on the Victim-Offender Dialogues, and Reading for Redemption campaign, at the University of Zululand in KwaZulu-Natal on Thursday, 2 May 2013.
DCS is embarking on a renewed focus to bring victims of crime, offenders and communities together in a safe space where relationships can be restored and forgiveness sought. Media are invited to cover the event.
