Department of Public Enterprises to host a seminar on future of coal in the age of alternative energy solutions
Public Enterprises Director-General, Mr Mogokare Richard Seleke, will host a seminar to discuss the future of coal in the age of alternative energy solutions. The seminar is in partnership with the power utility, Eskom.
The objective of the seminar is to provide a clear understanding of the role of the Government within the coal industry.
Experts will share latest developments in the promotion of renewables/green energy; and to assess and review what economic transformation strides have been made in the coal industry.
