President Jacob Zuma will on Thursday, 23 May 2013, respond to the debate on his Annual Address to the National House of Traditional Leaders (NHTL) in the Old National Assembly in Cape Town.
President Zuma delivered his opening address to the NHTL on the 7 March this year.
