President Jacob Zuma will on Tuesday, 2 September 2014, officially open the Dr Harry Surtie Hospital in Upington, in the Northern Cape as part of government's infrastructure roll-out programme.
The new Dr Harry Surtie Hospital groups inpatients according to clinical needs, allowing for more focused specialist care that meets the needs of individual patients.
