President Jacob Zuma will tomorrow, 17 July 2013 join the Ngcingwane village community in Idutywa in the Eastern Cape as they harvest crops to promote access to food security, subsistence farming and self-reliance amongst communities.
The President had joined the community for planting last year.
President Zuma will be accompanied by national Ministers, Premier Noxolo Kiviet and provincial MECs.
