President Jacob Zuma will on Sunday, 31 August 2014, address the Heads of Missions, Conference at the Department of International Relations and Cooperation Head Quarters in Pretoria. The Heads of Missions are the Ambassadors and High Commissioners representing the Republic of South Africa abroad.
