President Jacob Zuma will tomorrow, 14 November 2017, convene the President’s Coordinating Council (PCC) meeting at Tuynhuys in Cape Town.
The PCC is a statutory meeting of the President with the leadership of provincial and local government - the Premiers and leadership of the South African Local Government Association (SALGA) - to promote sound and effective cooperative governance.
The meeting will discuss among other issues, the implementation of the Back to Basics Programme of local government revitalisation, the state of municipal finances and expenditure, the implementation of the Expanded Public Works Programme, the Regeneration of Small Towns Programme as well as the Drought and Water Crisis in the Western Cape Province.

Venue: Tuynhuys, Cape Town.
