President Jacob Zuma will on Wednesday, 15 July 2015, attend the memorial service for the late Deputy Mayor of UThungulu District Municipality, Cllr Thulani Mashaba in Empangeni, KwaZulu-Natal.
Deputy Mayor Mashaba sadly passed on after a car crash near Ballito north of Durban.
