President Zuma to deliver his Annual Address to the NCOP
President Jacob Zuma will on Thursday, 09 November 2017, deliver his Annual Address to the National Council of Provinces (NCOP) in Parliament, Cape Town.
The theme of this year’s programme is “Deepening unity in action for inclusive growth and Africa’s Renewal – reclaiming the legacy of OR Tambo”.
President Zuma will provide an update on progress made this financial year in improving the quality of life of the people especially the poor and the working class, in memory of Mr Oliver Tambo.
The NCOP is the legislative body and House of Parliament that houses representatives from the country's nine Provinces.
