On Friday, 22 March, Premier Helen Zille and Finance, Economic Development and Tourism Minister Alan Winde will deliver their 2013/14 departmental Budget Vote speeches in the Western Cape Provincial Parliament.
The speeches will outline the budget priorities and allocations in the Department of the Premier, the Department of Economic Development and Tourism and the Provincial Treasury for the 2013/14 financial year.
Premier Zille and Minister Winde will highlight the pro-poor spend of the Western Government in the budget votes, which enables a whole-of-society approach and a vision that aligns with the National Development Plan.
