Premier Mokgoro and Churches to pray for peace, unity and stability in the Province
North West Premier, Professor Job Tebogo Mokgoro will lead the third District Prayer Service at Moretele local municipality which is aimed at praying for moral renewal, peace, stability, unity and reconciliation in the province.
Office of the Premier in collaboration with Moral Regeneration as well as different churches across Bojanala District will hold this prayer service as part of the provincial government’s effort with different sectors of the communities to address the proliferation of dangerous weapons, substance abuse, mushrooming of gangs and moral decay.
In his determination to shape moral behaviors accepted by the society, Premier Mokgoro and stakeholders will pray against all forms of social ills which include murder, gangsterism, gender based violence, anti-xenophobic practices, political intolerance and damaging of public property,
