North West Premier, Prof. Tebogo Job Mokgoro will tomorrow be delivering the welcome address for the National Council of Provinces - NCOP at Dr Kenneth Kaunda District Council Chambers - Orkney in the Matlosana Local Municipality Matlosana.
The NCOP is visiting the North West province this week to engage various stakeholders and communities under the theme “Building sustainable, responsive and people centre municipalities”.
Premier Mokgoro will address the NCOP as follows:
