Gauteng Premier will on Sunday, 16 August 2015, host a memorial lecture in honour of women stalwarts who contributed immensely in the dismantling of apartheid and the liberation of South Africa.
The memorial lecture will be followed by a panel discussion to be led by the Minister of Women in the Presidency, Susan Shabangu; Minister of Small Business Development Lindiwe Zulu, and liberation stalwart Gertrude Shope. The panel discussion will focus on various issues affecting women in the province.
