Premier David Mabuza to attend APRM Consultative Conference

Mpumalanga Premier will tomorrow attend and deliver a keynote address at the provincial African Peer Review Mechanism Consultative Conference.

The purpose of the consultative conference which is expected to about 500 delegates representing different stakeholders is to solicit stakeholders’ inputs on progress made in the implementation of the national programme of action which will form the basis for the third country’s report.

It will further seek to stimulate debate and discussions on the migration and xenophobia cross-cutting issues as identified in the country review report.

Commissions are expected to discuss democracy and political governance, economic governance and management, cooperative governance and socio-economic development.
