Harnessing the power of wind energy: Premier to host Managing Director of Globeleq at his 9th Energy Digicon
On Thursday, 04 May 2023, Premier Alan Winde will host Dhesen Moodley, Managing Director of Globeleq, the majority owner of the Klipheuwel wind farm near Caledon in the Western Cape at his weekly Energy Digicon. With wind energy identified as a key part of the province’s energy mix, Mr Moodley will explain how the now iconic wind turbines of the Overberg are helping to produce power and the potential of wind power in alleviating the energy crisis.
