Premier Alan Winde’s 23rd Energy Digicon will this week look at Cape Town’s “secret weapon” that protects the city from several stages of rolling power cuts.
The Premier will be joined by Executive Mayor of Cape Town Alderman Geordin Hill-Lewis as they take a closer look at the Steenbras Hyrdo Pump Station’s capabilities.
