North West Premier Thandi Modise will be hosting the Provincial Women’s Day of Prayer to be held at the Mmabatho Convention Centre in Mahikeng tomorrow, Thursday, 19 September 2013.
The interfaith prayer meeting convened under the under the theme “Building Faith Through Prayer” is part if the World Prayer Day Celebration. It is intended to strengthening ties between the provincial government and faith based organisations towards moral regeneration, social cohesion and to among others pray for unity and against social ills such as the scourge of violence against women and children
“We trust that women of faith will respond to the call for united prayer because faith moves mountains,” says Premier Modise
