Dept and stakeholders in Bojanala Platinum district meet to discuss water and sanitation challenges
The Department of Local Government and Human Settlements in the North West will convene stakeholders in the water sector within Bojanala Platinum district on Tuesday (9am), 26 February 2019 in Rustenburg, Orion Safari Lodge.
The purpose of the summit is to discuss water and sanitation challenges in the province in order to develop plans that will ensure that there is stability and sustainability in the provision of water and sanitation in all areas in the province.
The summit will be attended by all sector departments, i.e. Dept of Water and Sanitation, Dept of Education and Sport Development, Dept of Health, Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Municipal Infrastructure Support Agency (MISA), Municipal Managers, Mayors, ward councillors and ward committee members.
The water summit for Dr Kenneth Kaunda district will be held on 27 February 2019.
