On Tuesday, 10 February 2015, the North West Provincial Legislature’s Standing Committee on Provincial Public Accounts (SCOPA) will hold a meeting with the Office of the Auditor General for the audit outcomes of North West Local Government 2013/14 at Rustenburg Civic Centre at 09h00.
At 11h00, SCOPA will hold public hearings with Kgetleng Local Municipality on Municipal Finance Management Act audit outcomes of the financial year 2012/13 at the same venue.
The public hearings will be attended by the Mayor, Municipal Manager including senior management of municipality, Municipal Public Account Committee, representatives from the Department of Finance, Economic, Enterprise, Department of Local Government and Human Settlements and the Auditor General’s office.
