North West Legislature's Public Works Committee to inspect damages caused by floods and progress on construction of roads around Kagisano-Molopo Municipality
On Tuesday, 11 February 2014, the North West Provincial Legislature’s Portfolio Committee on Public Works, Roads and Transport will be inspecting progress on construction of roads and damages caused by recent floods around the Kagisano-Molopo Local Municipality.
The Committee will begin with a pre-oversight meeting at the Kagisano-Molopo Local Municipality in Ganyesa at 08h00 followed by the inspection of these roads.
The delegation led by the Committee Chairperson, Hon. Hoffman Galeng will inspect the Vostershoop, Bray and Tosca roads and Hon. Mahlakeng Mahlakeng and his delegation will inspect the Tlakgameng, Bona Bona and Madinonyane Roads.
The Department of Public Works, Roads and Transport included the construction of these roads on their 2013/14 mid-term budget.
