The Bokone Bophirima Provincial Government will in partnership with Tlokwe City Council host a cultural carnival which is part of the ongoing Setsokotsane programme that seeks to integrate and accelerate service delivery to citizens of Bokone Bophirima. The cultural carnival is scheduled to take place as follows:

Venue: Memorial Park, Ikageng (Next to Kynoch)
This cultural carnival is loaded with a variety of enticing activities. Tlokwe City Council is the first to implement this cultural carnival which is to be rolled out in all municipalities across the province. This is being done as part of the strategy to heighten the arts and the cultural milieu in the province.
Various stakeholders from three (3) spheres of government and community organisations will be displaying their products at exhibition stalls throughout the day for those who would like to view or buy. Artists and crafters will also be participating in the Cultural carnival.
