The Mpumalanga House of Traditional Leaders (HTL) will commemorate the lives of 33 senior traditional leaders in the province who have since passed on. Some of the fallen leaders were instrumental in the establishment of the HTL.
This inaugural commemoration is held as part of promoting and leading in the documentation of African traditions, culture and traditional leadership institutions.
This August occasion will be attended by the Honourable Premier, Mr DD Mabuza, MECs, traditional Lleaders (national and other provincial houses), executive mayors and different stakeholders.
