Mpumalanga Education hands over infrastructural project to Sibongamandla School, 24 Mar

The Mpumalanga Department of Education in collaboration with Anglo American Coal Business in South Africa will officially handover an R18 Million infrastructure project at Sibongamandla High School in Thubelihle. The event is scheduled as follows;

Through the R18 million infrastructural project, Sibongamandla High School has benefitted a kitchen, ablution blocks, an administrative block, 02 (two) science laboratories, a computer centre, a consumer studies centre and library.

When extending her words of appreciation the MEC for the Mpumalanga Department of Education, Mrs. Reginah Mhaule emphasised the importance of Private Public Partnerships.

“Public private partnerships plays a pivotal role in improving the lives of the people and it is through partnerships like these that the Department can be able to achieve the goal of enhancing education delivery in the province,” said the MEC, Reginah Mhaule.
