The Minister of Health, Dr Joe Phaahla together with the Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, Mr Gwede Mantashe will tomorrow (Thursday, 31 August) officially handover the primary healthcare facility (Phola Clinic), as part of Social and Labour Plan project implemented by Seriti Coal and Khutala Colliery.
The mining companies are required to implement projects that seek to empower communities in which they operate, the labour-sending areas, and employees for a better standard of living through socio-economic development, including the investment in skills, knowledge and experience.
