Minister Mkhize to engage with viewers of ENCA
The Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (CoGTA), Zweli Mkhize, will today, 12 August 2018 engage with the viewers of ENCA (Channel 403) on the intervention plans being put on place for several distressed municipalities.
The engagement follows a send-off media briefing for recently appointed engineers and town planners who have been deployed to the distressed and dysfunctional municipalities, as part of the Municipal Recovery Programme.
Minister will outline progress made as part of the commitment he made in his 2018 CoGTA Budget Vote Speech that interventions would be made to support distressed Municipalities.
