The Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (CoGTA), Dr Zweli Mkhize will visit Makhanda Local Municipality on 26 April 2019.
Following a number of perennial challenges experienced by the Municipality, Minister Mkhize will meet with the municipality’s leadership and hold discussions on the challenges of water shortages, financial management, infrastructure, and other service delivery and governance issues.
