Mr Senzeni Zokwana, the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and the Deputy, General Bheki Cele, will deliver the department's budget vote in the National Council of Provinces (NCOP) tomorrow morning in Cape Town.
The budget vote will highlight the department's key plans with reference to provinces, especially looking at the comprehensive agricultural support programme, Ilima/Letsema and the LandCare support programme. All these programmes are support mechanisms for smallholder producers.
