Media are invited to cover the budget vote debate of the Department of Women, Children and People with Disabilities, which will be held in parliament, Wednesday. Minister Lulu Xingwana and Deputy Minister Hendrietta Bogopane-Zulu will be delivering their speeches wherein they will report on progress done by the Department in its programmes and mandate in the past financial year. The Minister will also present the department’s plans for the current financial year.
