Public Works and Agrément South Africa Launch the new South Agrément Africa as a fully-fledged legal entity
Public Works Minister TW Nxesi, MP, in partnership with Agrément South Africa cordially invites you to the launch of the new Agrément South Africa as a fully-fledged legal entity of the Department. The launch event will be held on 15 June 2018 at the CSIR International Convention Centre, in Pretoria at 09H00.
The Minister will deliver a keynote address and deliberate on the significance of the launch. A number of national and international experts will also share their views with the public to highlight technical innovations in the construction industry.
Agrément South Africa as an implementing entity for Public Works tasked with the testing and performance of build industry products and methodologies to ensure quality and durability of such industry products on behalf of Government. The entity, Agrément South Africa, will highlight new innovations in the built industry aimed at providing advancement in the construction industry.
The Minister will also embark on a site inspection to view new technological innovations produced by the Agrément South Africa in order to bear credence to their contribution towards advancement in construction sector.
Some of the key messages to be covered are:
- The role and significance of Agrément South Africa;
- Introduction of new methodologies to highlight advancements in the construction industry etc.
