Mineral Resources Minister Susan Shabangu to open the annual Investing in Mining Indaba conference 2014 in Cape Town
The Minister of Mineral Resources, Ms Susan Shabangu (MP) will on Tuesday, 4 February 2014, officially open the annual Investing in African Mining Indaba, to be held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC).
The Mining Indaba is the world’s largest gathering of mining’s most influential stakeholders and decision-makers vested in African mining. This gathering provides an opportunity for international mining analysts, fund managers, investment specialists, and government leaders to meet and exchange current economic and mining developments with the world’s leading experts on African mining.
The annual Investing in African Mining Indaba is organised by Mining Indaba LLC. For more than 20 years, the Investing in African Mining Indaba, in collaboration with its partners in South Africa and the African continent, have channelled billions of dollars into the African mining value chain.
The Minister’s opening address will be followed by a media briefing.
