Minister Susan Shabangu and Crime Line introduces 365 Days of Activism campaign, 11 Dec

Minister in the Presidency responsible for Women, Ms Susan Shabangu, will lead the start of the “365 Days of Activism” campaign that will bring government, the private sector, civil society and others together in a year-long programme to eradicate violence against women and children.

The Ministry in the Presidency responsible for Women and Crime Line are activating the 365 Days of Activism to end Violence Against Women and Children in response to the call by President Jacob Zuma, during the launch of the 16 Days of Activism for No Violence Against Women and Children Campaign at Reiger Park, Ekurhuleni on the 25th of November that: “While the international campaign is marked for 16 days, we urge all South Africans to ensure that this becomes a campaign for all 365 days of the year”.

Several stakeholders will be delivering messages of support.
