Minister Sihle Zikalala updates on inroads made by government in fighting the construction mafia
Public Works and Infrastructure Minister Sihle Zikalala will tomorrow Friday 23 June 2023, visit the province of KwaZulu-Natal.
Minister Sihle Zikalala will conduct inspection on projects in KwaZulu-Natal. Among these include blocked and delayed projects due to the hijacking and disruption of projects sites. Among these projects is the prominent Durban High Court which is behind scheduled due to site disruptions. The site is currently under heavy security protection.
Minister Zikalala will later give an update on the inroads the government is making in fighting the construction mafia which is costing the ailing economy billions of rands.
Members of the media are invited to these projects and the latest updates on reviving the construction sector in South Africa.
