Human Settlements Minister Connie September accompanied by the Northern Cape MEC for Cooperative Governance, Human Settlements and Traditional Affairs Sylvia Lucas will on Friday, 25 April 2014, officially hand over the first 200 Ouboks project houses in Colesberg, Northern Cape.
The project, which will benefit the destitute people of Umsobomvu Local Municipality, will yield 1 848 units upon completion.
